Oil Refinery
Oil Refining gives edible oils the characteristics desired by consumers; such as flavor, odor, appearance, color, stability to oxidation and suitability for frying.

Fractionation
Fractionation is a separation process in which a certain quantity of a mixture (gas, solid, liquid, enzymes, suspension, or isotope) is divided during a phase transition, into a number of smaller quantities (fractions) in which the composition varies according to a gradient.
R&D
As a fully-integrated palm oil producer, our R&D capabilities encompass all research area requirements across the value chain. Through our strategic and operational R&D, we are committed towards developing, applying and transferring relevant knowledge, research findings and technologies to improve our plantation yields, milling processes and customise our downstream products.
Filling
Al – Hirah Edible Oil Processing and Packaging is able to produce, package and fill over 1,200,000 PET bottles of oil a day, 200 metric tons/ day of vegetable ghee packed in 2kg PET jars, as well as, produce and sell bulk and packaged shortening in 25kg cartons (bag in box).
